Any creative services — songwriting, co-writing, topline, lyric writing, vocal production, or song doctoring — are provided under a separate written agreement between you and Maureen Matthes. These Terms do not constitute an offer to provide services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in each individual project agreement.
If you engage Maureen Matthes for a project, payment terms and cancellation policies will be set out in your project agreement. No work will begin without a signed agreement and any required deposit. In the event of cancellation, deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the work.
If you subscribe to the mailing list, you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. Subscribing does not create any contractual relationship. I reserve the right to change the frequency or content of communications at any time.
This Site may contain links to or embeds from third-party platforms (Spotify, YouTube, etc.). I am not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of those platforms. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.
